Why we offer a trial at all
Because refusing one is the clearest signal a provider can send. If a service cannot survive a short test, it will not survive a year of your subscription either.
It is also better for us. A subscriber who tested first and knew what they were buying does not ask for a refund a week later, and does not leave in month two. Filtering that out before payment costs us a few trials and saves everyone the argument.
After the trial
There is no automatic conversion and no stored payment method — the trial simply ends. If you want to continue, pick a plan on the pricing page and we will activate it, usually on the same line so nothing needs setting up again.
If it did not work for you, tell us why. Half the time it is something we can fix in two minutes; the rest of the time it is genuinely useful for us to know.

Will the trial convert into a paid subscription automatically?
No. There is no automatic conversion, no stored payment method and nothing to cancel. When the trial period ends it simply stops.
Can I check whether a specific channel is included?
Yes, and we would encourage it. Name the channels that matter to you when you message us and we will confirm before you set anything up.
What happens if the trial does not work well for me?
