Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Duplecast IPTV. By purchasing or using a subscription you agree to them. Please read them before ordering.

1. What we provide

Duplecast IPTV provides access to a streaming service delivered over your own internet connection. A subscription grants you a licence to access that service for the period purchased, for personal, private, non-commercial use.

We provide access credentials. We do not provide the internet connection, the hardware or the player application, all of which remain your responsibility.

2. Your account and credentials

• Your credentials are personal to you and must not be shared, resold, published or distributed.
• Each subscription permits the number of simultaneous streams stated in your plan. One stream is standard.
• You may install your subscription on as many of your own devices as you wish, provided concurrent use does not exceed your stream allowance.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

Credentials found to be shared publicly, resold, or used beyond the purchased stream allowance may be suspended without refund.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, rebroadcast, resell or sublicense the service or any part of it
• Record, copy or make available any content in a way not permitted by applicable law
• Use the service for any public performance or commercial exhibition
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent or interfere with the service or its security
• Use the service in a way that breaches any law applicable to you

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the service continuously available and to resolve faults quickly. We do not, however, guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Streams may be affected by matters outside our control, including your internet connection, your internet service provider, your hardware, and upstream sources.

Channel line-ups and on-demand catalogues change over time. Individual channels may be added or removed. A change to any individual channel does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page and are the total payable. There are no setup fees, activation charges or recurring line rentals.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. No payment method is stored. When a subscription reaches its end date, access stops until you choose to purchase again.

7. Refunds

Every plan is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a subscription without refund where credentials are shared or resold, where the acceptable use conditions above are breached, or where the service is used unlawfully or in a way that damages the service or other users.

You may stop using the service at any time. As nothing renews automatically, there is no cancellation process.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your subscription is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in question.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of enjoyment, loss of data, or the unavailability of any particular programme or event.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Content and third-party rights

We do not host, own or claim any rights in third-party broadcast content. Rights holders who believe material has been made available improperly should follow the process set out in our DMCA and copyright policy, which we act on promptly.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
