Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Duplecast IPTV collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.
Last updated: 14 August 2026
The short version
We collect very little. There is no checkout on this website, no account system and no stored payment details. Orders happen over WhatsApp or email, so in most cases the only data we hold is the contact you used to message us and a record of what you bought.
What we collect
| Data | Why we hold it | Lawful basis |
|---|---|---|
| Your WhatsApp number or email address | To reply to you, send credentials and provide support | Performance of a contract |
| Your name, if you give it | To address you and locate your order | Performance of a contract |
| Order record: plan, date, amount | To provide the service, honour the guarantee and keep accounts | Contract and legal obligation |
| Support correspondence | To resolve issues and keep a history of a fault | Legitimate interests |
| Device and app you tell us about | To send the correct setup instructions | Performance of a contract |
| Server logs and IP address | Security, abuse prevention, enforcing stream limits | Legitimate interests |
What we do not collect
- Payment card details. There is no payment form on this website and we never ask you to type card details to us.
- Account passwords. There is no customer account system.
- Viewing history tied to your identity. We do not build a profile of what you watch or sell viewing data.
- Special category data. We have no reason to collect anything of this kind and do not.
How we use your data
Only for the purposes it was given: replying to you, activating and supporting your subscription, handling refunds under the guarantee, preventing abuse of the service, and meeting our own record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. We do not send marketing messages to people who contacted us for support.
Who your data is shared with
Only where necessary to run the service:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its logs.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us that way. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
- Our email provider, for correspondence.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party marketing scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own server rather than an external network, so browsing these pages does not disclose your visit to a third party.
Where analytics are used, they are limited to aggregate measurement of page traffic and are not used to identify individual visitors.
How long we keep data
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Support conversations | Up to 24 months from last contact |
| Order records | As long as required for accounting and tax purposes |
| Server and access logs | Typically 30 to 90 days |
| Trial requests that did not convert | Deleted within 6 months |
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask for a copy of it
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Complain to your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these, message us through the contact page. We aim to respond within 30 days and will not charge you for a reasonable request.
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Access to order and support records is restricted to people who need it to provide the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we hold very little that would be valuable if breached — notably no payment details.
Children
This service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above will change with it.
