Refund Policy

Every Duplecast IPTV plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee. If we cannot get the service working properly for you, you get your money back.

The guarantee in one paragraph

If, within 7 days of activation, the service does not work acceptably on your setup and we cannot fix it, contact us and we will refund what you paid. No argument, and no requirement to explain yourself at length.

What qualifies for a refund

  • The service will not work on your device after we have tried to help you set it up
  • Persistent buffering or freezing that is caused at our end rather than by your connection
  • Channels you specifically asked about before purchase turn out not to be included
  • The subscription was never activated
  • You were charged for a plan you did not order, or charged twice

What does not qualify

Being straightforward about this is fairer than a vague policy you discover the edges of later:

  • Requests after the 7-day window. The guarantee is a trial period, not an open-ended return.
  • Problems caused by your internet connection. If the same stream plays correctly elsewhere on a stable connection, the fault is not at our end. We will still help you diagnose it.
  • Refusing to attempt basic troubleshooting. Most faults are solved in minutes; we do need you to try.
  • A single channel being removed from the line-up. Channel lists change over time, and this is covered in our terms.
  • Credential sharing or resale. Subscriptions suspended for breaching the terms are not refundable.
  • Change of mind after substantial use of the full period.

How to request a refund

  1. Message us through the contact page, within 7 days of activation.
  2. Tell us what went wrong — device, app, and whether the problem affected everything or one channel.
  3. Give us one chance to fix it. Most issues are a setup detail or a single stream we can switch. This usually takes minutes.
  4. If it cannot be fixed, we process the refund and your access ends.

How long refunds take

Stage Typical time
We acknowledge your request Within a few hours
Troubleshooting attempt Same day, usually minutes
Refund approved and sent Within 1–3 business days
Funds reaching you Depends on the payment method used

Refunds are returned by the same method you paid with wherever possible.

Why we offer this at all

Because a guarantee costs us far less than a bad subscriber experience does. Someone who cannot make the service work and cannot get their money back writes a review that costs us more than the sale was worth.

It also aligns our incentives with yours: we would rather you take a free trial first, confirm your channels are there, and buy something that suits you than take a payment we end up returning.

No automatic renewal

There is nothing to cancel. Subscriptions do not renew automatically, no payment method is stored, and when a plan reaches its end date it simply stops. You will never be charged unexpectedly, which removes the most common reason people ask for refunds elsewhere.

Refund FAQ

Can I get a refund on my IPTV subscription?

Yes. Every Duplecast plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the service cannot be made to work acceptably on your setup within 7 days of activation, contact us and we will refund what you paid.

How long do I have to request a refund?

Seven days from the moment your subscription is activated. Requests after that window fall outside the guarantee.

Do I have to explain why I want a refund?

We ask what went wrong and would like one opportunity to fix it, because most problems are solved in minutes. If it cannot be fixed, the refund proceeds without further questions.

What if the problem is my internet connection?

If the same stream plays correctly on a stable connection elsewhere, the fault is not at our end and it falls outside the guarantee. We will still help you diagnose it, and a wired connection resolves most such cases.

How long does a refund take to arrive?

We usually approve and send refunds within one to three business days of agreeing one. How quickly the funds reach you then depends on the payment method used.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

No. There is no automatic renewal and no stored payment method. When a plan ends it simply stops, so you will never be charged unexpectedly.

What happens to my access after a refund?

Access ends when the refund is processed, since the subscription is being returned rather than continued.

Can I get a refund if one channel is removed?

No. Channel line-ups change over time as sources change, and a single channel being removed does not by itself qualify. If a channel you specifically asked about before buying was never included, that does qualify.
